1. From 00:00 to 24:00 every day, vehicles transporting dangerous goods are prohibited from passing through the city's long tunnels and special long tunnels.
The dangerous goods transport vehicle referred to in this notice refers to the vehicle engaged in the transport of dangerous goods listed in the National standard GB12268-2012 "Dangerous Goods List".
3. The long tunnel referred to in this notice refers to a road traffic tunnel with a length greater than 1000 meters and less than or equal to 3000 meters, and the long tunnel refers to a road traffic tunnel with a length greater than 3000 meters, including: Henglongshan Tunnel, Xincai Tunnel, Tanglangshan Tunnel, Dongbin Tunnel, Linchang Tunnel, Tiandong Tunnel, Zhenghang Tunnel, Jiamen Shan No. 1 Tunnel, Yantian Tunnel, Wutong Mountain Tunnel, Yantian Ao Tunnel, Fenghuang Mountain Tunnel, Dayan Mountain Tunnel, Difushan Tunnel, Kwai Ba Tunnel.
4. Any violation of the provisions of this circular shall be strictly punished in accordance with road traffic management laws and regulations and relevant provisions.
